Shipping Policy
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
The standard shipping charge is per address and sent via UPS. Specific
shipping costs are provided when you add individual products to your
shopping cart.
UPS GROUND DELIVERY provides delivery Monday through Friday, excluding
major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business days, and
there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received Monday
thru Friday before 3:00 pm EST will ship in two business days. Rates
range from $8.95 to $13.95.
UPS 2 DAY AIR provides 2 business day delivery to any U.S. destination.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received Monday thru Friday
before 3:00 pm EST will ship in two business days. Cost is $19.95 per
product.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER provides next business day delivery by 3pm to any
U.S. commercial destination and by the end of the day for any
residential destination. Business days are Monday through Friday,
excluding major holidays. Saturday and Sunday do NOT count as business
days and there is NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received
Monday thru Friday before 3:00 pm EST will ship in two business days.
Cost is $29.95 per product.
AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?
Orders received Monday thru Friday before 3PM EST will ship in two
business days. For example, if you order your gift on a Monday before
3pm EST, it will ship on Wednesday. If it is after 3pm EST on a Monday,
it will ship on Thursday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. You
may also specify a future arrival date during the checkout process. Your
item will arrive on or before the selected date.
WHAT IF UPS DOESN'T DELIVER MY PACKAGE WITHIN THE GUARANTEED
TIMEFRAME? In the unlikely event your UPS 2 Day or Next Day order is
not received by the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund the
shipping charges, minus a $2 boxing fee. This does NOT apply to delays
due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERING TO AN APARTMENT? UPS allows its drivers
discretion as to whether they will leave a package without a signature
at apartment addresses. This can lead to delivery delays, for which we
are not responsible. One recommendation is to allow your gift to be left
with the apartment's leasing office, which you can indicate in the
customer comments section at check-out.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITAL PATIENTS? No, we do not. Delivery
delays are common and we have found it is better to send the gifts to
the patient's home.
WHAT IF I PROVIDE YOU WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS? Orders sent to a
wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. UPS charges us a $10 fee
to reroute the package to the correct address, which will be
subsequently charged to your credit card.
DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY? We do not currently ship outside of the U.S,
except for APO/FPO addresses.
DO YOU SHIP to APO/FPO ADDRESSES? Yes, we can ship your gift to
APO/FPO addresses via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Time in
transit varies depending on the final destination of the package.
